Organic Ghee, use in place of butter or vegetable oil for cooking, baking, or sauteing and surprise your family and friends with this delightful treat. I also eat a teaspoon or two a day to help incorporate more healthy animal fats into my diet. This Ghee has been a bit hard to find, but I have finally found it, made from pastured cows and raised with no GMO feed. This Ghee is also casein and lactose free. Try sauteing one half pound of wild shrimp with one teaspoon of Ghee and one teaspoon of coconut oil, the taste is amazing! "Eating fat doesn't make you fat."
