Journey on a Lonely Path.

Starting your own food journey will be super challenging and lonely for many as it was for myself. Discovering what was going on with the foods was amazing and shocking at the same time.  It will not be difficult to attract attention, from the naysayers on your new understanding of modern foods. As you start to exclude the fake food like products and start to incorporate the real foods, the criticizing from the non-believers will be questioning you and your journey.  I knew what I was doing was right, as my body was detoxing from many of the excitotoxins, I was able to identify in the foods.  One of the poisons that was effecting my journey was gluten.  For a few weeks I was eating organic sprouted whole wheat bread, in the effort of improving my diet, not realizing that the protein/gluten (Glutenin, Gliadin) in the bread was causing me to develop IBS and Malabsorption.  Fortunately thru my focus I have been able to keep the naysayers at bay as I continue my food journey.

"Learn to be alone and to like it. There is nothing more freeing and empowering than learning to like your own company."

"It's my belief that gluten is a modern poison."
