One cup of coffee with a dash of half and half. 5:45pm One teaspoon of my favorite organic coconut oil. 5:40pm One red apple non organic. 4:40pm Chopped chicken on a bed of salad with hot pepper sauce non organic grain free lunch. 2:00pm One small banana non organic.
3:00pm One half cup of coffee with a dash of half and half no sugar. 1:40pm One teaspoon of my favorite organic coconut oil. Two cups of water. 11:30am One cup of coffee with a dash of half and half no sugar. 11:15am Two teaspoons of cod liver oil.
