Love your pancreas! Type 2 diabetes is when you do it to yourself. If I knew back in 2009 when I was diagnose with type 2 diabetes, that I would bring this disease/condition (Not Genetics) upon myself, I would have never eaten the fake foods so easily found today, mostly the flour, grains, and sugar products. Consuming these food like products caused my pancreas to over secret insulin, which had many harmful effects on my body, fat deregulation, fat accumulation and many more. My Food Journey has shown me the importance of loving my pancreas! I say again love your pancreas and avoid the dangers of pancreatic burnout! (beta cells).
