Here is yesterday's breakfast, as difficult as it is to eat organic and on the run, avoiding grains and gluten is still my go to option. I am also adding free range organic egg yolks back into my diet/journey to further help my Keto life style. I also understand as Stephanie Person has posted on her Facebook page, "If you are not hormone free, grass fed and certified organic .. You are in big trouble." I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
