Here is Today's lunch sauteed spinach and garlic, olive oil, salt, nutmeg. 05/16/2014 I was in the mood for a bit of miso soup. Here is a yummy picture of some miso I just had. I do say on www.foodjourneywithraul.com that I do not eat soy. However I do eat small amounts of soy, (miso, natto, doenjang soy bean paste), if they are fermented and made from organic soy beans only.
